  • 10 days · daytime 65 scheduled hours, 50 guided, 11:00–5:30 Eastern · Crash 25 scheduled hours, 20 guided, 7:00–9:30 PM Eastern, weekday evenings

    • No rescheduling, no shortened days, no split runs, no make-up sessions and no accommodation of an individual calendar. Two schedules are published — daytime and Crash — and the one you buy is the one that runs.

    You may move your seat to a later cohort at no charge by telling us any time up to and including the last scheduled day of your current cohort. No reason required, and none will be asked for.

    There are no refunds. What you bought is a set of days, and a day you have not had is still yours — you take it in a later cohort, for twelve months. The single exception runs the other way: a day we fail to deliver.
