Refunds and Credit

MONEY, DAYS AND CREDIT

The day comes back. The money does not.

There are no refunds. What you bought is a set of days, and a day you have not had is still yours — you take it in a later cohort, for twelve months. The single exception runs the other way: a day we fail to deliver.

NO REFUNDS

Nothing here returns your money. Not before your cohort begins, not while it runs, not after it ends, and not on dissatisfaction. There is no cooling-off window and there are no partial refunds.

A DAY YOU HAVE NOT HAD IS STILL YOURS

A day that has not been delivered to you becomes a credit day. It buys you that same day in a later cohort, at no charge, for twelve months from the last scheduled day of the cohort you bought. After twelve months it is gone, and enrolling again is at the fee published at that time.

A DELIVERED DAY IS CONSUMED

A day that runs is delivered whether or not you attend, and attending any part of it consumes it. The published join and leave threshold is fifteen minutes. A consumed day can never be refunded, credited or exchanged for money.

A DAY WE DO NOT DELIVER

A day we fail to deliver is not a consumed day. You choose the remedy there, and cash is one of the choices.

Why a delivered day is consumed

Consumption is a money rule, not an attendance rule. It settles one question and only that question: whether a day can be turned back into money. Once the day has run, it cannot.

Nothing is recorded. No session is recorded, filmed, stored or transcribed, in any cohort — so there is no playback, no catch-up, and no recording that could be provided to anyone on any terms.

What exists instead is the day itself, again. A day you did not attend earns a guaranteed place on that day in a later cohort at no charge, for twelve months. A day you attended may be re-sat at no charge where there is space, for the same twelve months. We owe you the day, not its value.

Credit days, and the twelve-month clock

You never pay twice for the same day.

The ledger records days, never dates. It knows which of the days you have consumed; a calendar is only how the days you still hold get scheduled. That is what makes a credit day portable — it is a day you still hold, placed on whichever cohort you take next.

The same coursework runs in two formats, daytime and evening. A day you still hold may be taken on either format’s calendar. A day already consumed on one format is consumed on both, because it is the same day.

A credit day is a day, not a sum of money. It is never paid out, and it buys nothing but the day it is.

Twelve months is the whole of the window, on every clock that runs here. After it, enrolling again is at the fee published at that time.

If we fail to deliver a day

A scheduled day that does not run was not delivered, so it was not consumed. It goes back into the days you still hold and the clock on it starts again.

The remedy is your choice, not ours: that same day in a later cohort at no charge, or the money for it back. This is the one place on this page where cash is on the table, and it is on the table because the failure was ours.

The $97 entry document

The entry document is not a day, so the day rules do not reach it. It is digital and delivered immediately, and therefore not refundable once delivered.

If it does not arrive, tell us and we will deliver it again.

Paying, and what a dispute does not change

Pay in full. No instalments and no payment plans, at any level or any size.

The debt remains owed, chargeback or not. Raising a dispute with a card issuer does not undo an enrolment, does not return a day that has run, and does not extinguish what is owed.

You affirm these terms at checkout, before you pay, so that nothing on this page is discovered afterwards.

Ask before you pay, not after

Anything on this page, any time: hello@m-a-s-t-e-r.ai. The pricing page states the same policy alongside what each level costs.

The $97 Starter Kit

The Starter Kit is not a day, so the day rules do not reach it. It is digital and delivered immediately, and therefore not refundable once delivered.

If it does not arrive, tell us and we will deliver it again.
