CURRICULUM

A course that grows with the work you need to do.

The curriculum begins with a prompt you can review, moves into agentic workflows for the practical work around your judgment, and ends with supervised teams of agents. Each published day names a legal-work focus in the ten-day sequence.

What a day is made of

SCOPE

Start with the question, material, boundaries, and review standard that make the work useful.

BUILD

Use AI for a structured first pass, then develop it through a workflow you can inspect.

VERIFY

Check the sources, facts, gaps, and assumptions before relying on anything produced.

COMMUNICATE

Turn the reviewed work into a plain explanation, next step, or decision conversation.

REPEAT

Keep the parts that work: instructions, boundaries, review points, and attorney-led improvements.

The ten days, in order

Each day addresses a part of the attorney’s work that becomes more valuable when it is structured, reviewable, and still firmly attorney-led.

01

Make a working first pass from a messy file: what is known, what is missing, and what requires review?

02

Research and explain the issue clearly: how do you keep authority, uncertainty, and advice distinct?

03

Set up a matter for useful work: how do you make the record, sources, chronology, and open questions visible?

04

Build and stress-test a first draft: where does the record support it, and where must the attorney decide?

05

Move the file toward the record: what is needed next, and what does the evidence actually support?

06

Prepare people, testimony, and the hearing record: how do you surface the work that deserves attention?

07

Clarify the client’s decision path: how do you explain options, risks, and the next decision plainly?

08

Coordinate a matter-intelligence team: how do roles and review gates keep the attorney in control?

09

Coordinate a work-product team: how do you combine research, drafting, and review without losing accountability?

10

Build an attorney-led practice system: which workflows should be reused, reviewed, and kept within clear boundaries?

The public course map identifies the legal-work focus for each day without exposing private source references.

Attorney Review Gates

Defined moments where AI-assisted work pauses and an attorney checks, changes, or approves the next step.

What stays with the attorney

The curriculum is designed to make the work more structured and reviewable without suggesting that AI can assume the attorney’s role.

1

Nothing produced through an AI-supported workflow is treated as cleared to send. The attorney reviews and decides what is usable.

2

Do not submit a client file or live-matter detail to a general website route.

3

Legal questions, legal conclusions, and client-specific decisions remain attorney work and require appropriate verification.

4

A useful summary distinguishes confirmed material, open questions, and items that need more work.

5

Where sources conflict, the workflow makes the conflict visible rather than silently choosing a winner.

6

Privacy and use boundaries are designed deliberately. The course does not make blanket claims about a tool’s security or compliance.

7

Removing a name is not enough to make a matter safe to share. Keep client names, matter facts, and documents out of general website fields and email.

8

An attorney’s own firm practices, questions, and work stay within the boundaries they choose.

9

The goal is not more AI output. It is a clearer system for the work the attorney already has to do.

Build the capability before you need it.

The course develops from a working first pass through attorney-led workflows to a supervised practice system. Review the published curriculum and any supplied lesson material before relying on a specific inclusion.

M-A-S-T-E-R.ai is attorney education, not legal advice or legal services. The attorney directs and reviews every use of AI.
